On hearing the name of Samosa, water comes in the mouth. But if you eat one bite at a time, you will get bored after a while. So now you give it a little twist in the summer season. You can make samosa chaat at home. These two differ in this way. But its combination will give a special test. Your mind will be tempted just by seeing this. So know the special recipe of this dish.

Ingredients to make Dahi Samosa Chaat

  • 1 cup flour
  • 11/2 tsp butter
  • Try 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • 3 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 3/4 teaspoon red chili
  • 3/4 gram coriander seeds
  • 2 onions
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • refined oil as required
  • 2 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 31/2 cups strained plain yogurt
  • as required Tamarind chutney

for garnishing

  • save as needed
  • 2 tbsp grated beetroot
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp coriander

To make this chaat, mix flour, salt, butter, parsley in a vessel. Knead the dough with the help of little water. Keep the dough for 15-20 minutes to set. Now microwave the potatoes and boil the peas as well. If the potatoes are cooked in the microwave, then mash them. Take a pan and heat oil in it and add onions and spices. Put peas in the mash as well, now heat the mixture on high flame and when it mixes well, remove it from the flame and let it cool. Now take another pan and heat oil in it. Take a portion of the dough and fold it. Fill the stuffing with the help of a spoon. Now close it and deep fry it in hot oil. Now take out the curd in a vessel and add chili and sugar to it and mix. Take out the fried samosas in a plate and cut them into pieces. Pour curd over it. Add tamarind chutney, carrot, beetroot, sev over it. Now sprinkle roasted cumin, chaat masala over it. You serve it. Family members will enjoy it in summer.
